Founder, Board President, and Lead Director Ryan Beeson has been involved in ministry and spiritual leadership for more than 30 years. He began by helping – and being mentored by – his parents Ed & Claudia Beeson with their work in youth and camp ministry.

His dedication to investing in young people and developing the next generation of Christian leadership is unmatched. To add, he surrounds himself with carefully-selected board and staff members who have demonstrated, not only a healthy commitment to Christ in their own lives, but a shared passion for working with youth.

Ryan is husband to Emmy, and father to Jake, Harris, Abby, Jessi, and Lachelle. Jake and his wife, Dani are parents to Luke and Ellie, Ryan & Emmy’s first grandchildren.
